3. Physical Products

  • Return Window: Physical items sold in our store can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For overseas returns, please note that processing times may be longer and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged Items:
